..The secret of reverse aging.


..had one more rocking party yesterday. It was friend's bday celebration.

As usual, I had my share of attention. ..more of curiosity loaded attention.. Everyone wondered what exactly I did or am doing to look so trim. 😄 And I replied..I just run..whenever time permits.

Basically its not just running.. Its about the lifestyle set by that activity of yours..

When you decide to run,you obviously figure out what could be the best time to run. Considering mumbai's humidity and traffic, running on mumbai roads in day time is no less than any stunt. So more practical option is finish run early morning before mumbai wakes up and takes the charge of the roads. So timing gets decided.. 5.30 am to 6.30 am.

Now this in turn decides the sleeping time. 10.30 pm

You dont wish to run with upset stomach in the morning.. So automatically you start eating smartly.. Lil lighter dinner..

And then the biological clock gets sets.. Food habits gets monitored..and yes u start monitoring your runs too...The end result?  More disciplined, dedicated and healthy you.

Isn't it a beautiful phenomemon? 

Running..sets everything right for you. You go for a walk or run for just 3 days.. 4th day, you will have company. What more u want...health, fitness, loads of energy and perfect body to flaunt? You can have everything and it's directly proportional to amount of efforts put into the activity.


There is no better style statement..than a perfectly toned body😉..the secret of reverse aging :)

...I sometimes wonder what exactly people think about fitness? Definition of "the fitness:" will surely vary from person to person..

I may say jokingly  that I wish get into size zero.. but that's not true.. but that's what many girls dream of..

.... If you miss your heart beat on thought of taking staircase to the  fourth floor because lift is non functional .. 
You are not fit.

..You had one long, hectic day, you come home to receive surprise gift from your partner.. late night movie tickets for two.. and that very moment you  start getting headache..  You are not fit...

..friends are ganging up early morning for a small trek or to play badminton. . And you show the list of things to do .. and say I am sorry... you have the ready list of so called genuine excuses  You are not fit.

Fitness gives you that extra energy to take that extra mile.Fitness gives you the desired  stamina.. to enjoy life's every beautiful thing.. your hobby .your passion, apart from your rozi roti wala work.Your looks ..externally.. its just a byproduct of fitness.Wrapper is not important, but the quality of the dark chocolate is.

We all have fancy cars.. We have pumped in life's important saving in that.. knowing that the car has its own shelf life.. We all know that the car today will be replaced by another car tomorrow. But we take utmost care of our car
  " our baby".. AMC.. insurance.. Monthly servicing.. Daily cleaning.. Car spa.. everything is perfectly in place.. one scratch on the car by naughty kid in the society and we are in tears...
Do we take that much care of own machine.......of this  beautiful body ?.. care of this wonderful machine which is going through so much of wear n tear every day, every moment.. lifting you up, making u walk or run around..you can't even list the activities our body is taking care of. ..
When was it last when we actually gave glance to  our body and asked? What to you need? When was it last when you actually pampered it?

.. We take a very wise call on which oil should go into the car engine, so that the car can give optimum performance.
What about our eating habits? Are they good enough to give the optimum healthy results?  
It's funny. We are funny.

We know it for sure that spare parts for our body are not available in the market .we still are so inhuman to our human body  ..

Wear Your Positivity



Wear your positivity….

These days, I am talking only about fitness. When I do that it keeps me motivated and charged up…

It’s been my routine to wake up by 5.15 am and then get dressed up. Most of the girls find it difficult to take out that half an hour for their fitness activity and I spend nice half an hour to get ready for the fitness activity early morning. Does it sound weird?? It may sound weird to you. But that’s what I call “wearing my positivity” and it works for me.

Let me explain. Let’s imagine, you have bought one lovely designer outfit and you are waiting for the right occasion to wear it. On the right day, you realise that you cannot wear it because there is some stain on the outfit. You obviously get very upset. Now, you got to decide the second option. You realise that the second option (other favourite outfit) is still lying at the laundry. Helplessly, you wear the available option. The available option is good but you don’t like it any more. You feel that it make you look little healthier. Can you imagine your mood that day??  No one apart from you knows that it is old one but still…. You are not in your best mood that day.

Now imagine it other way, you are dressed up in that new designer outfit. You smile when you look into the mirror. You love that image of yours… Tell me how the day goes for you? Super happy? Satisfying? Rocking?? The reason?? You are wearing your positivity. It’s not actually the outfit, it’s the mind game.

When I leave home @ 6 am for my walking or for Pilates class, I am always dressed up with good well-fit sportswear, neatly tied hair and yes, with my lipstick. Many onlookers have lotsa issue about me  dressing up in the morning but they don’t realise that I don't dress up for them. I dress up for myself. That’s the way I wear my positivity. I set my mood into right frequency right from the time I wake up.

Gals, I am not selling you fanda of wearing new attire every day or wearing lipstick 24x7. You decide what is that positivity for you. It’s all about how you treat yourself. That’s what I call “wearing the positivity” Please love yourself. Love your image. Please enjoy dressing up. Wear your style. Wear what you like the most… or the stuff which makes you feel more beautiful. Pamper yourself. And see the magic.

Wear your positivity and persevere it because beauty comes from your attitude… from your positive attitude.
